How Often Should I Get A Facial?

This is one of the most common questions clients ask during their very first appointment—and the answer isn’t one-size-fits-all. The frequency of facials depends on your skin type, concerns, and goals.

For General Skin Maintenance

With a consistent home care routine (as guided by your esthetician), I recommend scheduling a facial once a month. Monthly treatments help resurface skin by removing buildup of old cells, revealing brighter, rejuvenated, and more sculpted skin.

Suggested services include:

Classic Facial · Skin Food Facial · Rezenerate Nano Signature Facial · Peel & Reveal: NoPeel · Enzymatic Treatment · Bright & Even Peel · Sensi Peel · Ultra Peel

For Hyperpigmentation (Post-Acne Marks, Age Spots, Sun Spots, Hormonal Discoloration)

To target pigmentation concerns, I recommend a facial every 3 weeks.

Best services include:

GLO Brite Facial · Vita-C GLO Illumination · 24K Ageless GLO · MicroDerm · HydroDerm · Dermaplane · Peel & Reveal: NoPeel Peel · Pigment Correct Peel · Bright & Even Peel · Sensi Peel · Ultra Peel · 4% Pure Retinol (every 90 days)

Suggested add-ons:

Pro Power Eye Peel · LED Light Therapy · Dermafile · Skin Brightening Fleece Mask

For Acne-Prone Skin

For active acne, facials are most effective when scheduled every 2 weeks until breakouts are under control. Home care is essential for long-term results.

Best services include:

Detoxifying Pore Treatment · Skin Food Facial · Classic Facial · HydroDermabrasion · Peel & Reveal: NoPeel · Enzymatic Treatment · Acne Peel · Acne Peel II

Suggested add-ons:

Extractions · Argan HF · LED Light Therapy · Touch Therapy Facial Massage

For Fine Lines, Wrinkles & Anti-Aging

If your goal is firmer, lifted, and more youthful-looking skin, Microcurrent and Radio Frequency are highly effective treatments.

  1. Microcurrent uses low-level electrical currents to lift and sculpt facial muscles, enhance circulation, and encourage lymphatic detox.
  2. Radio Frequency uses heat energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production, improving firmness and fullness.

Treatment Plan Recommendations:

  1. Microcurrent: 2–3 sessions per week for the first 1–2 weeks, then weekly until you’ve completed 12 sessions. After that, maintain results with monthly treatments.
  2. Radio Frequency: No more than once per week to the treated area.

Best services include:

Classic Facial · Skin Food Facial · 24K Ageless GLO · HydroDerm · Dermaplane · NoPeel Peel · Enzymatic Treatment · Sensi Peel · Ultra Peel · 4% Pure Retinol (every 90 days)

Suggested add-ons:

Pro Power Eye Peel · LED Light Therapy + Light Energy Masque · Neon High Frequency · Dermafile · Ice Steel Massage · Esthetic Massage · Touch Therapy Facial Massage

For Sensitive Skin

Clients with sensitive skin typically benefit most from monthly facials, unless otherwise guided by their esthetician.

Best services include:

Classic Facial · Skin Food Facial · Rezenerate Nano Signature Facial · HydroDermabrasion · Peel & Reveal: NoPeel · Enzymatic Treatment · Bright & Even Peel · Sensi Peel

Suggested add-ons:

LED Light Therapy · Touch Therapy Facial Massage
