Appointment Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to make cancellations more than 48hrs prior to their appointment, or their reservation (deposit) will not be refunded. Clients who book more than 2 same day services are required to cancel 72 hours in advanced or will lose their reservation (deposit) fee. Read further information on the cancellation policy agreement. RETAIL MERCHANDISE Orders reserved for pickup must be collected within 30 days, or will be subjected to a restocking fee. Merchandise must be unused, as well as unsealed if applicable. 85 percent of the of the original sale will be returned to the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Classes are 50% refundable when cancelled 7 days or less prior to the class date.
