What’s your return policy?

RETAIL MERCHANDISE Orders reserved for pickup must be collected within 30 days, or will be subjected to a restocking fee. After 30 days, 85 percent of the of the original sale will be returned to the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Unused and sealed merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise is subject to inspection.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Must I provide my contact information and pay a deposit to book?

Yes, phone number, address, and email are required to complete intake forms for booking. Deposit is always required to confirm appointment reservation.
